Computer tools developed by Center scientists are made freely available to the proteomics research community and the Center encourages and promotes the incorporation of the tools into analysis platforms developed and supported by commercial companies. SageN, Insilicos, GeneLogic and Rosetta have incorporated SPC tools into their commercial software suites.
