PROTEOMICS INFORMATICS COURSE AT ISB

The Seattle Proteome Center is pleased to offer a comprehensive, 5-day course in the use of a suite of software tools designed for the analysis, validation, storage and interpretation of data obtained from large-scale quantitative proteomics experiments using the label and non-label method, multi-dimensional chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry.
